Take good care of yourself. Many of us are caretakers to a fault. Remember to take good care of yourself first by putting on your mask first. When we are on an airplane, we are advised to put our mask on before placing a mask on our children or loved one in the event of air pressure changes. If we are passed out, how will we take care of anyone else?
Please take care of your body, mind, soul and spirit. Become more balanced and then we are better able to impart more into others.
