~Mrs. MOGAS
MOGAS is an acronym for “Meditate on God and Stretch.”
It is a biblical and Christ-centered practice that calls us to confess and repent of our sins, receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and fill our minds and bodies with godly thoughts and godly actions.
1. Hear and believe the Word. (Proverbs 4:20, Romans 10:17, John 5:24, Isaiah 55:3)
2. Read and Study the Word. (Psalm 119:15 NLT, 2 Timothy 2:15, Acts 17:11)
3. Hide it in your heart. (Psalm 119:9-11, Proverbs 4:21)
4. Speak and Utter the Word. (Joshua 1:8, Psalm 19:14, Deuteronomy 6:6-7)
5. Envision and Ponder the Word. (Philippians 4:8-9, Psalm 1:2–3, Isaiah 26:3, Colossians 3:2)
