The MOGASlife™ Mission
MOGASlife™ exists to help disciples of Christ realign with God and live and lead with Love, Honor, and Peace in every sphere of influence.
Through biblical principles, leadership development, reflection, prayer, and practical life application, MOGASlife™ helps followers of Christ draw near to Him and walk worthy of the Lord, fruitful in every good work.
What Is MOGAS™?
MOGAS™ stands for Meditate on God and Stretch™: a Christ-centered practice that combines stillness, Scripture, and intentional stretching to help individuals pause, reflect, confess, renew their minds in Christ, and realign.
It is anchored in Scripture's call to meditate on God's Word and to present our bodies as a living sacrifice, transformed by the renewing of our minds.
“But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night.” Psalm 1:2 (NKJV)
“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” Romans 12:1-2 (NKJV)
MOGAS is not yoga, and it is not mindfulness. It is worship in motion, anchored in Christ and His Word.
What Is MOGASlife™?
MOGASlife™ is a Christ-centered leadership, transformation, and relationship alignment framework and lifestyle rooted in biblical truth. It is built on the practice of MOGAS™: Meditate on God and Stretch™, and equips disciples of Christ to live and lead with Love, Honor, and Peace through Him.
It is a lifestyle built on four pillars: spiritual alignment, emotional discipline, relational responsibility, and godly leadership.
MOGASlife™ helps disciples of Christ grow in four relationships: with God through Christ, with self, with others, and with the environment entrusted to us, so they reflect Christ in every part of life.
Our Values
We live and lead with Love. Honor. Peace.
LOVE ALL. "You shall love the LORD your God..."
"You shall love your neighbor as yourself."
Matthew 22:37, 39 (NKJV)
HONOR ALL. "Honor all people. Love the brotherhood. Fear God."
1 Peter 2:17 (NKJV)
PURSUE PEACE WITH ALL. “"Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord."
Hebrews 12:14 (NKJV)
The Heart of the Pathway
The MOGASlife™ pathway moves through four stages. The Word of God is the authority in every one of them, and obedience to His Word is the aim of the whole pathway. The four stages are Practice, Process, Realignment, and Transformation.
Practice. We come before God in stillness and meditate on His Word. This is not emptying the mind. It is filling the mind with what God has already said.
"Whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report... meditate on these things."
Philippians 4:8 (NKJV)
Process. Scripture searches us. It shows us what is out of line with God's will and ways, and it calls us to repent rather than excuse.
"For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword... and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."
Hebrews 4:12 (NKJV)
Realignment. Our minds are renewed by the Word, and we bring our lives, our relationships, and our leadership into obedience to it. Realignment is not agreement with Scripture. It is obedience to Scripture.
"But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves."
James 1:22 (NKJV)
Transformation. God produces in us what we could not produce in ourselves. The fruit of the Spirit becomes visible in how we live and lead.
Be clear about what this pathway is and is not. It is not a formula. It is not a spiritual technique. It is not a means of earning salvation, favor, or transformation. Completing four stages obligates God to nothing. The Word of God is the authority, not MOGASlife™. Jesus Christ alone saves. God is the One who transforms.
MOGASlife™ does not add anything to what God has already said. The practice is what God told us to do in His Word: meditate on it day and night, present our bodies as a living sacrifice, and be transformed by the renewing of our minds. MOGASlife™ is a structure, calling disciples of Christ back to the Word they already have and providing reminders that help them obey it daily. MOGASlife™ simply keeps us focused on returning to Him.
Paul prayed that the Colossian church would be filled with the knowledge of God's will and would then walk worthy of the Lord, bearing fruit in every good work. The order matters. Knowing God comes first, a worthy walk follows, and fruit grows from that walk. We do not strive our way into transformation. This is why MOGASlife™ begins with drawing near to God and renewing the mind before it speaks of living and leading. And notice that Paul prayed this over believers already walking with Christ. This is not only for those returning after drifting, but it is for every disciple of Christ who desires to draw near to God and keep growing in the knowledge of Him.
The worthy walk rests on what Christ has already accomplished. It is Christ, not MOGASlife™, who saves, transforms, equips, and completes the believer.
To God be the glory, not to MOGASlife™, and certainly, not to me.
“That you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God.” Colossians 1:10 (NKJV)
